Applying for Treatment

You can make an appointment for an intake by either calling 516.328.1717 or by coming to the Agency. A professional therapist will discuss your needs and make the initial appointment for you.  Your appointment will be scheduled as soon as possible and you will be able to begin treatment shortly thereafter.

FEES 
 
Insurance coverage including Medicaid is accepted.  If you do not have insurance, a sliding scale fee will be set for you at an affordable rate.
